Zach with Struharik Real Estate Consulting was such a blessing to my family through 4 different real estate transactions. He helped us design the kitchen and some of the other interior elements on our first house purchase which was a total rehab. I truly couldn’t have done it without him. He sold 2 of our properties for us and got us top dollar for both transactions! Not only did he instruct us on the things to do to get the top dollar, but was hands-on through the process with both helping us find the right contractors for different jobs. He also helped us find and purchase our current house which is in the Akron area. Even with a newborn, he drove back and forth to ensure we had the best experience.
